Angela & Rich | Wedding

I showed up to the hotel in Frederick where Angela and her bridesmaids were getting ready and was immediately greeted by all the girls. They were so excited for Angela’s wedding day, and were so helpful with getting me anything I needed, which not only made me feel so welcomed, but also helped photographing the details go so smoothly! Other photographers probably know that showing up to a hotel room where they stayed the night before to shoot the getting ready photos can be challenging because you have to sometimes work around clutter, but they made it super easy and it wasn’t an issue at all! I am so thankful for that!View More

Krystin & Mark | Engaged

Krystin and Mark met at a party during the end of their Freshman year at Washington College. At their 5 year reunion, they walked around campus and as they walked by the dorm where they met, Mark thought it was the perfect place to propose! So he got down on one knee, and asked Krystin to spend the rest of her life with him!View More

I showed up to Shadow Creek for Mel and Stacy’s wedding and was blown away by the venue! I always know it’s going to be a beautiful venue when I get off of the highway and start driving through country roads. Stacy and Mel gushed to me about this venue during their engagement session, so I’ve been really excited for about a year to see it! It definitely did not disappoint with its rolling hills, mountains, and the horse – Gus!View More

It is said that cardinals appear when angels are near. So when Kelsey saw a red cardinal near them right before Kevin proposed, she knew his mom was around watching after them. View More

I met Alyssa and Brendan in Baltimore for their engagement shoot. They were a little nervous because, like most of my couples, they had never done this before. I assured them that I would help pose them and guide them on what to do and that they would be just fine. I started posing them, and ended up taking some practice shots, and that’s when I realized these two were naturals! After about 5 minutes of “practice,” we started walking around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore for the rest of their session, and they were practically pros!View More

I met Angela and Rich at Starbucks a few months ago. We sat down and talked over coffee about how they met, how they got engaged, and of course their wedding details! They are getting married in May at the beautiful Sera Valley Farms and I cannot wait! It’s one of my favorite local locations and I just know these two are going to make it extra special!View More

Jordan & Nick | Wedding

Jordan & Nick | Wedding

I arrived to Linganore Winecellars on a rainy Saturday afternoon, looking around for places to take photos in case the rain continued throughout the day. I knew that photographs were a priority for Jordan on her wedding day, so I was anxious to create beautiful images for her, even through the rain. I had been to Linganore Winecellars before, so I was familiar with the amazing scenery of the vineyard and rolling hills that I just knew Jordan wanted to incorporate in her wedding photos. I crossed my fingers and prayed that the rain would stop, even just for a few minutes, so Jordan would have the images she dreamed of! I walked around the venue and picked out some covered locations that would work for portraits if it came down to it, but luckily for Jordan, the rain stopped just in time for portraits!!! View More
